Julie Ann (Lambrecht) Smull, 68, of Rock Island, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at Rock Island Nursing and Rehab Center, Rock Island.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory Ltd., 6601 38th Ave., Moline. Visitation is from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial is at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.

Julie was born March 30, 1944, in Moline, the daughter of Albert and Gunhild (Sedine) Lambrecht.  Julie was a retired employee of the Rock Island Arsenal. She enjoyed playing in card clubs with high school friends and going antique shopping. Julie especially enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.

Survivors include son, Scott Smull, of Raleigh, N.C.; grandchildren, Jake and Ryder Smull, of Raleigh, N.C.; and mother, Gunhild Lambrecht, of Moline.  She was preceded in death by her father.
