LeRoy's sister-in-law reported that he passed away in Arkansas. A notice on the Connor Family Funeral Home of Mountain Home, Arkansas, web site states, "Funeral Arrangements for 70 year old Leroy C. Fraser of Mountain Home are private. Leroy C. Fraser passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House."

Leroy and I hung out in high school. He had a very cool Mini Cooper (the original kind). We would drive the one ways in Rock Island and race the big Chevy V8s. To their embarrassment the little Cooper S was faster for a city block. We often ended up at Momma Bassos for a pizza. Rest in peace old friend. Mike
