Services for Jimmie J. "Jim" Coursey, 52, of 1934 N. Bolton, Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of Moline, are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Esterdahl Mortuary Ltd., Moline.  Burial is in GreenviewMemorialGardens, East Moline.

Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.  Memorials may be made to a fund to be established in his name.  R. Coursey died Friday, June 7, 1996, at home.  He was born Feb. 17, 1944, in Moline.  He married Roberta Brereton Dec. 12, 1977, in Marion, Ind.

He was employed as a machine operator at the former International Harvester Farmall Works, Rock Island, and later at Navistar in Indianapolis, last working in May 1996.

He enjoyed auto racing, traveling and was an avid Cubs fan.  Survivors include the widow; daughters and a son-in-law, Leah Norton, Moline, and Shelley and Mark Scanlon, Cincinnati, Ohio; a son, Jamie Coursey, Moline; a step-daughter, Sherri Powell, Galesburg; a stepson, David Dunham, Moline; a grandson, Ryan Scanlon, Cincinnati; his mother, Jean Stanton, Mesa, Ariz.; and a sister, Judy Oakley, Bertrand, Mo.
